Scott College of Nursing invites interested and suitably qualified entities to submit proposals for the ‘Supply of Dell Pro 16 16-inch Core 5 120U 16GB RAM 512GB SSD Windows 11 Pro Laptops at Scott College of Nursing, Morija (19 laptops) ´. Interested and eligible entities must submit the following valid documents:
- Tender (bidding) document
- Company profile
- Trader’s License
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Clearance Certificates where applicable
- Two (2) reference letters from previous engagements
Conditions
- A complete bidding document may be available to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL 250.00 (two hundred and fifty maloti only);
- The bidding fee shall be paid via bank deposit or EFT to the account indicated below and the bidding documents shall be sent to the bidders by email; The bidding company name should be used as reference when depositing;
- The price quoted in the bid shall be Maloti;
- Bids received later than the mentioned deadline below shall not be accepted.
